About us
At Seemax Industries, “Sthal” is more than just a brand — it is a tribute to the Earth, the source of our raw materials, and a reminder of our responsibility toward a circular economy. Every product under this label echoes our philosophy of giving back to nature what we borrow from it.
We specialize in manufacturing a diverse range of eco-conscious dinnerware, food packaging, and specialty products, with bagasse (a by-product of sugarcane) as our primary material. Our journey began with a purpose — to offer sustainable solutions that help prevent environmental degradation and support a cleaner future.
With “Sthal,” we don’t just create products — we create impact. By providing biodegradable alternatives to conventional plastic, we empower individuals, businesses, and communities to make environmentally responsible choices.

The Journey of Our Eco-Friendly Products
● Raw Material: Bagasse is the dry, fibrous residue left after extracting juice from sugarcane.
● Sustainable Sourcing: It’s an agricultural byproduct, meaning no extra resources (like trees or water) are used to create it.
● Eco Impact: Using bagasse helps reduce agricultural waste and lowers landfill pressure.
● Cleaning: Collected bagasse is washed and screened to remove dirt, sugar remnants, and contaminants.
● Pulping: It is then mechanically broken down into a soft, smooth pulp with added water.
● Optional Additives: Some processes may use natural binders (no plastic or harmful chemicals) to improve strength and texture.
● Mold Design: Custom-designed molds are used to form plates, cups, bowls, trays, and more.
● Heat Pressing: The pulp is poured into the molds and compressed under high heat and pressure, which shapes and hardens the material.
● Eco Advantage: No synthetic layers are added — the product is fully compostable and biodegradable.
● Drying: After molding, products are air- or oven-dried to remove any residual moisture.
● Finishing Touches: Edges are trimmed, quality is inspected, and products may be branded or embossed.
● Packaging: The final items are packed using minimal or recycled materials for distribution. 🌍 Environmental Benefits
